Toy Story Scalextric

Take Disney Pixar’s much-loved Toy Story and combine it with classic Scalextric and you’ve got a winning formula. Little slot racers will love this mini track, which is a 1:64 scale set that recreates the opening scene in the first film. The Toy Story Scalextric is all set to be a hot favourite with the boys this Christmas. It’s a great choice for the car crazy and will no doubt create a whole new breed of Scalextric fans.

Feel the tension mount as Toy Story’s most popular duo go head-to-head in a micro grand prix. The set comes complete with Buzz Lightyear and Woody cars. Slink the dog and T-Rex Sid keep a close eye on the race. The cars are tiny but tough! They’re super resistant and boast magnatraction so won’t fly off the corners. It’ll be a close race round the tight bends and chicanes.

The track is compact, easy to build and has been designed with plenty of thrills and spills in mind. Inside the Toy Story Scalextric box you’ll find everything you need to get started. When constructed, the track measures around 404cm. The set comes with all the track pieces: straight chicane, straight tracks, a hairpin track, and loop curves. A transformer and powerbase terminal give the cars some juice, and hand controllers are also included.

It’s a very attractive set, brightly coloured with all the authentic Toy Story decoration on the cars and in the background. The figures are detailed right down to the facial expressions, and Buzz’s side of the track is especially snazzy in bright blue and green. The alien spaceship is a nice touch!
