Nerf N-Strike Stampede ECS
Need a toy for a little boy who likes playtime to be a fast and furious experience? Look no further than the Nerf N-Strike Stampede ECS. It’s boisterous role play at its finest. Voted one of the 12 best toys of 2010 by the Toy Retailers Association, this is one seriously cool bright yellow blaster.
Why such a high accolade? What makes Nerf-N Strike Stampede worth your money? Let’s start with the fact that it’s a fully automatic affair. This blaster isn’t your average cheapie and has the look and feel of a quality toy. The price reflects its high capacity clips and the blaster has the longevity you’d expect to get for the money.
How does it work? Nerf N Strike Stampede fires a flurry of darts from its 18-dart clip. You can fire about 3 darts per second, which isn’t to be sniffed at! Some blasters are prone to jam and break easily but this one is sturdy and super fast when it comes to reloading. Hasbro haven’t been stingy with the accessories. Inside the box you’ll find 60 darts, 3×18 dart clips and a 1×6 dart clip.
There are two ways to do battle with the N-Strike Stampede. Launch a fierce assault on the run or use the pop-out bipod included in the box for stability. The bipod has two modes; standard and stability. Tactical rails have been placed along the side of the blaster to make it compatible with other N-Strike accessories such as lights, lasers and torches. Defence is just as important as attack and this blaster comes complete with a shield to repel incoming fire. This attaches easily onto the tactical rails.
Open fire in full automatic mode, deploy short bursts or go for single shots. The trigger mechanism can handle them all. Great for kids big and small, this is undoubtedly the finest fully-automatic Nerf blaster to date.
Suitable for children aged 8 and up, Nerf N-Strike Stampede ECS requires 6 x D batteries (not included) and is available for around £54.99
